F2 2,500 bar Heavy‑Duty System
The F2 platform includes three major OE variants: F2E, F2P and F2R (MDEG), serving leading OEMs including Volvo, Renault, DAF, PACCAR and Mercedes‑Benz.

• F2E: 3 pumping injectors + 3 non‑pumping injectors. Applications: Volvo D11K 10.8L, D13K 12.8L; Renault DTi11 10.8L, DTi13 12.8L.
• F2P: 2 EUP units + 6 smart injectors. Applications: DAF MX11 10.8L, MX13 12.9L.

• F2R (MDEG): 6 injectors + 1 common‑rail pump. Applications: Mercedes‑Benz OM934, OM936 series engines.

MDEG CR Pump Repair Program (DFP5)

Delphi recently launched the MDEG DFP5 Repair Program for Euro 6 F2R Common Rail Systems.

• More than 400 000 F2R pumps are in operation on the road. Injector repair solutions to be launched Q1 2026.
• 29 total parts in scope, including 23 newly‑introduced components.
• Purpose‑built Hartridge tooling and equipment boost workshop repair capability. Full DFP5 spare‑parts kit covers drive‑shaft nut, camshaft, O‑rings, high‑pressure head, transfer pump, IMV valve and other service items.

F3 System – DFI21 Next‑gen Heavy‑Duty Injection

• Maximum system pressure up to 3 000 bar, lifetime beyond 1.6 million km.

• High‑efficiency Ø1 mm valve technology, up to 9 injection events per cycle, injection separation below 0.2 ms, closed‑loop header technology to meet the world’s most stringent emission standards.

• 800 000+ vehicles fitted with F3 systems in 2026; expected to grow to 2.3 million+ vehicles by 2031, representing strong aftermarket growth potential.
