Fuel Management

Installed on fuel rail or line, it monitors real-time fuel pressure and sends data to ECU. ECU adjusts injector pulse width to maintain accurate fuel delivery, stabilizes fuel supply and detects pressure anomalies. Delphi fuel pressure sensors adopt mature MEMS technology for high accuracy over wide pressure ranges. Reinforced sealing resists fuel corrosion and vibration for reliable monitoring on gasoline and diesel engines.

This NTC thermistor mounts on fuel filter or rail to sense fuel temperature and send voltage signals to ECU. ECU compensates injection volume as fuel density shifts, preventing vapor lock and enabling precise combustion for diesel common rail systems. Delphi FTS uses precision NTC elements with fuel-resistant packaging. It keeps stable readings under wide temperature fluctuations and meets strict OE validation standards.
