The course is designed to provide technicians new to the Delphi diagnostic platform with an overview of the features and functionality of the tool, the support available, and to provide them with hands on experience using the equipment in our training workshop.

Ever tighter emissions controls are leading to highly advanced system components and control to enable efficient diagnosis of these systems technicians require an in-depth understanding of the hardware and software associated with these systems. This course will equip technicians with the knowledge and confidence to develop a solid and logical approach to fault diagnosis using a process of elimination to arrive at a “right first time” repair.

Adopting a master technician level approach, this specially designed one day module will give you in-depth knowledge, as well as the skills required to undertake successful diagnosis of diesel vehicle electrical systems. This one day module provides a detailed overview of turbocharging systems. It will teach you how to diagnose and repair faults on modern turbocharged vehicles.

The course will build on the knowledge of the previous GDI course. It will incorporate detailed system testing of the electrical components, and the hydraulic system up to 600 bar using the latest testing equipment (Delphi YDT840).
