    Hybrid Vehicles level 2 & 3 are essential.
  • Prerequisites
    This course has been designed to enhance the knowledge already obtained by completing the IMI level 2 & 3, and provide the ability to repair a high voltage component.

  • Detailed look at Nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) and Lithium-ion (Li-Ion) batteries covering Hybrid, PHEV and full EV vehicles.
  • Affects of slow charge, rapid and supercharging over the life of the battery.
  • Hybrid system diagnosis, looking at primarily the power supply unit and repairing the components directly over complete unit replacement.
  • Ensures that the workshop can meet the customers needs at the highest level of technology.
