Assessment Overview

To ensure your customers have confidence in your ability to accurately diagnose faults with their vehicle, it is important to demonstrate a thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. This accreditation validates your experience and familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to diagnose system faults, rectify them, and return the vehicle to the manufacturer's specification. The test will assess your practical skills and technical knowledge, and provide the opportunity to join the offcial IMI register of accredited diagnostic technicians.

Length 1 day.
Audience Technicians who have completed the Delphi pathway, or those looking to be part of the IMI accredited register.
Skill Level Diagnostic Technician.
Guidance Technicians working in the light vehicle sector of the industry with at least three years of experience.
