Building upon years of experience in diagnosis and vehicle repair, this final accreditation allows you to validate both your practical ability and supervisory skills. As a master technician, you are able to reassure customers that their vehicle is in competent hands, and lead junior technicians towards improving their own knowledge and skill base. The test will assess your practical skills and technical knowledge, and provide the opportunity to join the offcial IMI register of accredited master technicians. Course Overview

  • Audience
    Technicians who have completed the Delphi pathway, or those looking to be part of the IMI accredited register.
  • Skill level
    Master Technician.
  • Prerequisites
    Master Technician should be working in the light vehicle sector of the industry and ideally have at least five years experience to ensure they are familiar with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to diagnose system faults, rectify the faults including replacing components, liaise with customers at all levels and be able to transfer their technical knowledge to others such as apprentices and technicians.
