News Article Press Release
Delphi will attend the 2023 Automotive Aftermarket Product Expo (AAPEX) at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, from October 31st through November 2nd at booth A5027.

“We’re excited to demonstrate how our portfolio has grown over the last year,” said Jenna Boone, Vice President and General Manager of North America Aftermarket. “We’ve launched nearly 500 parts in 2023, expanded our diesel part coverage to include remanufactured F2E injectors for Mack®/Volvo® applications. In addition, we are expanding our training opportunities. Delphi is a trusted partner in the aftermarket repair environment, and we’re dedicated to providing the products and technical solutions designed to help you stay ahead.”

An ever-expanding portfolio
Delphi’s fourth quarter new number announcement, released October 25th, added 104 parts to its portfolio.

Overall, Delphi has released a total of 496 parts to its Fuel Management, Vehicle Electronics, Steering and Suspension and Sparta lines in 2023. In addition, Delphi introduced remanufactured diesel F2E injectors. This Volvo®/Mack® application incorporates a common rail fuel system utilizing three pumping and three non-pumping injectors, a design that eliminates the need for additional pumping elements.

Delphi’s Fuel Management line added 53 parts, covering 38 million vehicles in operation (VIO) in the United States and Canada.

The Sparta fuel line, designed for higher mileage and earlier model vehicles, released a total of 65 parts across eight part types.

The Vehicle Electronics line expanded to include 211 new parts, representing more than 261 million in VIO coverage for the United States and Canada. Part types announced include ABS wheel speed sensors and Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensors.

Steering and Suspension introduced 167 parts, including alignment parts, amounting to over 135 million in VIO coverage for the United States and Canada.

Plenty to see at the Delphi booth
Delphi will have parts from each of its product lines on display at AAPEX for both light and heavy-duty applications, as well as test benches.

For commercial vehicle distributors and technicians, Delphi is bringing an HPI Application Kit for the Hartridge HK1400 Cambox. The HK1400 is an All-Makes solution for testing Electronic Unit Injectors and Electronic Unit Pumps, and the HPI Application Kit is a set of dedicated ancillary hardware that replicates real-world conditions for accurate HPI testing.

The Hartridge Sabre CRi Expert will also be displayed at the show. This advanced, compact, All-Makes Common Rail Injector Tester comes with test plans, test steps, injector coding feature and a 2700bar rail pressure range enabling testing of LD, MD and HD common rail applications.

See live trainings sessions at AAPEX
Ongoing training is a must for today’s technician. As vehicle electronics continue to drive the development of complex parts and systems, training and access to technical information has become a critical necessity for technicians to stay current and competitive. Throughout AAPEX Delphi will be hosting live training sessions led by ASE-certified Master Trainers.

Delphi knows vehicles bumper-to-bumper, inside and out and has developed technical trainings to help technicians navigate and staying informed of the latest changes. Visit the Delphi booth, A5027, to see its new parts, products, and participate in training opportunities.
