Ultimate User Flexibility

Central to the Sabre CRi-180’s design are exceptional levels of user-control, enabling the full customization of test conditions and parameters. This means technicians with a range of training levels can work with the Sabre. It is flexible enough to evolve as your workshop's services evolve. Tests can be run in fully automatic or manual mode and existing test plans can be modified as easily as new ones can be created. When generating a new test plan the operator is able to intervene at all stages. Even percentage tolerances for each step can be assigned individually, enabling the magmah software to automatically assign limits according to the parameters set.

Be an Expert

The intuitive 10” TFT touchscreen and user-friendly interface enables workshops at all levels to fully utilize the Sabre’s highly advanced software functionality. This means technicians with a range of training levels can work with the Sabre. It is as comprehensive or as simple as you want it to be, whether your requirement is for a fast and accurate function tester, or for a repair-quality evaluation of injector performance. Whatever your needs, the Sabre CRi Master ensures the highest standards of Common Rail injector testing capability are achieved. Whether your requirement is for a fast and accurate function tester or a repair-quality evaluation of injector performance.

Additional Test Steps

The Sabre Cri Master's new software now has additional test functions. Nozzle Opening Pressure (NOP) checks for correct mechanical function of the nozzle to open at the required pressure to achieve the intended atomization.

Minimum Drive Pulse (MDP) is a dynamic delivery sweep test that provides more than just the minimum drive pulse, but also the ability to determine the profile of the delivery curve thanks to the new graph functions implemented into the magmah software.

Anywhere, Anytime, Any Place

The Sabre CRi Master is ready to be used as soon as it has been filled with ISO4113 calibration fluid and plugged in to domestic power socket. There is no need to connect to a compressed air supply or a water supply.

It can be easily positioned on a worktop with the help of its eyelets and retractable roller balls. All machines are delivered fully calibrated and loaded with popular test plans.

Smarter Licenses

The Sabre CRi Master and Expert versions are now more flexible than ever. The workshop can now unlock functions, test steps, or coding only when they need to pay for functionality they wouldn't use; all managed by the magmah software. Credit bundles ensure the user has a ready supply of credits to unlock functions as needed and maintain smooth operation in the workshop.

Advanced Temperature Management

The Sabre utilizes 3 air-to-oil heat exchangers to regulate and stabilize temperatures ensuring test-to-test and machine-to-machine repeatability. This superior cooling performance enables injectors to run for extended test periods with no danger of overheating and ensures test-to-test and machine-to-machine repeatability.

Patented Technology

By utilizing an internal Common Rail pump along with a patented closed loop control system, the Sabre is able to generate an impressive level of flow, even at high pressures. It does this despite running on domestic power connections and without having to rely on an external compressed air supply.

The Sabre's unique, patented Closed-Loop technology constantly monitors the power used by the internal pump 10 times per second. This makes sure the Sabre's operation remains stable, and that full power of the pump is available to maximize flow output at high rail pressures.

Not only does it ensure that the power draw is constantly balanced, but it means the Sabre can be powered by domestic power supplies making installation and use in the workshop straightforward and instant.

Full Event Response Time (FERT)

Unlike other methods of measuring injector response time which only monitor electrical signals to determine solenoid actuation, Hartridge measures the full event. FERT includes all internal elements of the injector to give you a complete view of the response time of the injector from electrical activation to the injection event.

Library of Test Plans

Hartridge test plans are developed using unique OE Heritage to ensure the highest levels of accuracy. Hartridge has developed a huge library of full test plans including coil and piezo variants. Thanks to the smarter credit licensing, the workshop can unlock specific tests as needed. Hartridge continues to develop and release new test plans as part of the support of the Sabre.

Intuitive Touch Screen

The touch screen perfectly combines ease of use with simplicity of design. Our bespoke programming and icons on the Windows 10 magmah interface is regularly updated. Even more ease-of-use has been built in with:

  • Streamlined test selection method
  • Picture guides to show what tooling to use
  • New screen layout of test parameters per step
  • New test "exit" mode if a step fails

Windows 10 magmah sharp Touchscreen Application

The new magmah sharp interface seamlessly integrates in to the Windows 10 platform to enable absolute control and flexibility through the 10” TFT touchscreen. To print off the color reports, users can connect a printer to the Sabre front mounted USB ports or print, email, transfer them via Wifi.
