Remanufactured ISX Injectors

Our customers will receive a premium remanufactured injector produced by and under the technical expertise of one of the largest Original Equipment diesel fuel injection manufacturers in the world. Delphi is offering three part numbers covering the most popular ISX applications. Our OE pedigree and expertise allow us to bring the ISX, one of the largest on-road volume applications to our North American customers.

Each ISX injector is tested on a custom production test machine where all units are overchecked for leaks, injection pressure, fuel delivery and timing. The nozzle body, nozzle body plunger assembly and check valve are critical to product life and performance  and will give our customers the quality and durability they can rely on.

Program Highlights

With 60 years of experience in OE manufacturing, Delphi Diesel Aftermarket has the expertise and know-how necessary to deliver a quality remanufactured product. In our reman facility, all injectors are fully disassembled. Each component is then thoroughly cleaned and inspected . All nozzles are new, matched and flowed. Units are then reassembled, rested on specialized test equipment for correct fuel, timing and pressure.
