The MAP Sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor) monitors the absolute pressure in the engine's intake manifold. It sends real-time pressure data to the ECU, which uses this info to adjust fuel injection, ignition timing, and air-fuel ratio, optimizing engine performance, fuel efficiency, and reducing emissions.
