    PHINIA Appoints Daniel Griffin as Global Aftermarket Vice President

    PHINIA Inc. (NYSE: PHIN), a diversified, industrial supplier and global leader in the development of fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket solutions, today announced the appointment of Daniel Griffin as Global Vice President, Aftermarket, effective July 6, 2026. In this role, Griffin will report directly to Brady Ericson, President and Chief Executive Officer, and will be based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA. Griffin succeeds Neil Fryer, who will retire effective September 30, 2026, following a long-planned transition. Fryer will work closely with Griffin during the transition period to ensure continuity for customers, partners, and employees. 

    "Dan is a proven leader with deep experience across the automotive and aftermarket sectors, a strong commitment to customers, and a track record of building high-performing teams," said Brady Ericson, President and Chief Executive Officer of PHINIA. "His leadership experience, collaborative approach, and passion for operational excellence make him uniquely qualified to lead our global Aftermarket business as we continue to strengthen our market position and create value for customers worldwide. We are excited to welcome Dan to the PHINIA team and look forward to the leadership and expertise he will bring to the organization. I would also like to thank Neil Fryer for his outstanding leadership and many contributions to PHINIA. His impact has helped shape our Aftermarket business and has been an important part of PHINIA's growth and evolution since becoming an independent company."

    As Global Vice President, Aftermarket, Griffin will have full accountability for the operational, financial, and cultural performance of PHINIA's global Aftermarket business. He will focus on strengthening customer partnerships, driving commercial excellence, and supporting the long-term growth and competitiveness of the business. 

    Griffin brings extensive global leadership experience and a strong track record of supporting business growth, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement. Prior to joining PHINIA, he held a range of senior leadership roles at Dana Incorporated, including Vice President, Commercial Vehicle & Aftermarket North America and Vice President, Global Aftermarket & Digital Solutions. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions spanning commercial strategy, operations, original equipment, and aftermarket businesses across multiple regions.

"PHINIA has a strong portfolio of trusted brands, a talented global team, and a longstanding commitment to serving customers.
