STEERING & SUSPENSION
Delphi continues to strengthen its leadership position in Steering & Suspension with a 112 SKUs expansion, driven by high demand control arms, steering linkages, and new coverage for fast growing Asian and Chinese affiliated brands.
- 50 new S&S SKUs include EV/Hybrid related applications.
- Top covered makes include Nissan (9), Mercedes-Benz (8), Chery (7), Kia (7), Renault (7), Alfa Romeo (6), Honda (6), Mitsubishi (6).
BRAKING
Our 2026 braking update brings 101 new SKUs across pads and discs. The range includes high volume pads (61 SKUs) and coated discs for fast-moving platforms like VW MEB (ID.4/ID.5/ID.7), CUPRA Born, and Audi Q4 e-tron, plus targeted additions for BYD Seal and MG6.
- First Professional+ brake pad sets now in stock, enhancing our premium offering for workshops seeking OE grade performance with faster installation.
- New brake drum BF653 introduced for Volkswagen Group’s MEB electric platform, a high volume, high growth EV architecture. Applications include Audi Q4 e-tron, Cupra Born, VW ID.3, VW ID.4, Skoda Enyaq, Skoda Elroq, Ford Explorer, and Ford Capri, delivering strong VIO supported sales potential.
- Conventional brake pads for Tesla now available, providing a more competitive price point for workshops while complementing Delphi’s existing EV specific pad technologies.
- Seven new EV brake pad references added for major electrified models, including Renault Megane, Renault Kangoo, Honda e:Ny1, and Toyota BZ4X, reinforcing Delphi’s commitment to leading EV aftermarket coverage.
VEHICLE ELECTRONICS
Delphi’s Engine Management programme accelerates in 2026 with a strong focus on sensors and emissions components, delivering expanded coverage across high VIO platforms and strengthening our leadership in EMEA.
- Delphi now holds #1 EGR Valve coverage in EMEA, supported by the release of four new EGR valves
- A total of 72 new Vehicle Electronics SKUs added YTD, strongly driven by 64 new sensors, including NOx (27), speed sensors (20), and pressure sensors (10).
