STEERING & SUSPENSION
Delphi now leads the top five Steering and Suspension categories in the European IAM, holding the number one position in tie rods, ball joints, control arms, wishbones, and stabiliser bar links. Our 2025 programme introduces 65 new parts for fast-growing Asian brands such as Chery Tiggo 7, BYD ATTO 3, and MG HS. A dedicated pipeline of 450 new SKUs specifically for Chinese vehicle applications is already in development, alongside a broader expansion plan that will continue to grow coverage across the full S&S portfolio.

BRAKING
In 2025, Delphi launched more than 380 new braking part numbers, including two new accessory ranges: self-adjuster kits for brake shoes and expanded repair kits.
We also introduced over 75 first-to-market parts across Chinese brands, LCVs, EVs, and premium European applications including BMW and Mercedes.
Delphi now holds the number one position in coverage for pads, discs, drums, hoses, shoes, electronic wear indicators, and brake master cylinders.

VEHICLE ELECTRONICS
In 2025, Delphi launched 360 new sensors, significantly expanding coverage in emissions, safety, and powertrain monitoring. The strongest growth came from oxygen sensors, exhaust gas temperature sensors, NOx sensors, ABS sensors, and DPF sensors.
This reinforces Delphi’s position as #1 in DPF, MAP, and O2 sensor coverage in the independent aftermarket.
We also strengthened our support for commercial vehicles with 45 new CV-HD sensors, covering DPF, EGTS, and NOx applications to meet growing fleet and emissions demands.
Alongside sensors, Delphi expanded its underhood offer with 19 new EGR valves and 8 new ignition coils, further enhancing our engine management portfolio.

FUEL SYSTEMS
Delphi expanded its Heavy-Duty Common Rail programme with new, engineering-approved repair solutions designed for Euro 6 applications.
In 2025, we introduced 24 new SKUs, including six new HD CR F2 nozzles, each supported by its own dedicated test plan to ensure OEM-level repair quality and emissions compliance.
