Press Release - Delphi Technologies, a brand of BorgWarner Inc., announces the launch of its Delphi Technologies Academy in France, Italy, Poland, and Spain. Launched in the UK in October 2021, the Delphi Technologies Academy is an e-learning platform designed to make it easier for technicians to enhance their skills and keep up to date with the latest technological developments.
Recognizing that a technician’s time is precious, The Delphi Technologies Academy allows technicians to access training materials on any device, from any location, and at any time that suits them. The platform’s on-demand nature also means that if a technician is confronted with a particular issue, they could consult an online video and be back to work in minutes.
Each course is designed to cater to the needs of a wide audience, from apprentices to master technicians. At launch, The Delphi Technologies Academy will include 50 modules; new modules will be added on a regular basis. The primary focus is on hybrid and electric vehicles, diagnostics, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), with a range of content on topics such as advanced lighting technologies and charging techniques, instructional videos on how to safely lift hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as an engine simulator, and detailed overviews of the latest OE drive modules. More complex topics will be unlocked only once users have progressed through any required foundation courses.

Over time, we’ll continue to introduce new courses on new topics, to help technicians develop their skills and expertise wherever they are in the world.”
The highly anticipated growth of The Delphi Technologies Academy comes at an exciting time for workshops because Delphi Technologies has also launched Masters of Motion across Europe. Masters of Motion is a new program of resources to support technicians directly.
