Delphi Sponsors Rising Talent in BRSCC AIRTEC Motorsport Fiesta ST240 Championship

Delphi has announced its partnership with young racing hotshot, Joseph Knight. The sponsorship will see the eighteen-year-old represent Delphi as he competes in the BRSCC AIRTEC Motorsport Fiesta ST240 Championship.

Joseph has shown exceptional skill and determination in his racing career. His journey from karting to senior racing has been marked by podium finishes and an unwavering passion for motorsport. With Delphi's support, Joseph aims to make a statement in the upcoming season and further solidify his place in the racing world.

Joseph’s meticulously tuned mark 7 Ford Fiesta ST 180, boosted to deliver 240bhp, will proudly display Delphi's vibrant livery, complementing his Delphi branded race suit.

“The new Delphi livery looks brilliant, the car is really going to stand out on the track,” said Joseph. “It means the pressure’s on to deliver results, but I've got a good feeling about this year."

The BRSCC AIRTEC Motor Sport Fiesta ST240 Championship operates under a unified, one-make class system featuring the Mk7 Ford Fiesta ST180, affectionately dubbed the ST240 for its boosted power reaching 240bhp. Each vehicle is equipped with specialised AST suspension, Goodyear slick and wet tires, and EBC brakes, alongside a set of mandatory components ensuring standardisation across all cars.

The collaboration between Delphi and Joseph promises an exciting season ahead, with the first round of the championship kicking off at Brands Hatch on April 13th and 14th.
