This summer, Delphi, a brand of PHINIA Inc., is inspiring automotive and technology enthusiasts with a unique creation of contemporary car culture. Developed in collaboration with the visionary California-based design studio Oilstainlab and Polish collector car curator One Off House, the Delphi Art Car 2.0 tells a compelling story of craftsmanship heritage and the future of engineering. The world premiere of this imagination‑stirring artwork on wheels took place at the Ultrace event in Poland on 27–28 June 2026.

For over 100 years, Delphi has consistently delivered top-quality aftermarket parts and services, continuously responding to the evolving needs of drivers worldwide. With an unwavering commitment to improving reliability and extending vehicle lifecycles, the brand plays a key role in the lives of millions of motorists around the globe.

Delphi’s role goes far beyond enabling mobility. Every component, every repair, and every vehicle brought back to life contributes to something greater: fueling automotive culture. Behind every automotive project stands an individual with a vision - a mechanic, an enthusiast, a motorsport competitor, or an everyday driver whose car means far more than simply a way of getting from A to B. Delphi’s mission is to help turn that passion into reality.

A tangible expression of this mission is the Delphi Art Car programme - a long-term cultural initiative dedicated to the people, ideas, and machines that continuously drive the automotive world forward.Following the success of the first project in 2025, based on a high-performance Alpine A110 Rally GT, Delphi has taken the concept to the next level. Art Car 2.0 is a story about empowering dreams and bringing automotive passion closer to everyone in its most captivating form. From Formula 1 paddocks to local workshops, the spirit remains the same: automotive culture is created by people building meaningful connections through machines

"Delphi Art Car is a celebration of global automotive culture and progressive design,” said Neil Fryer, Vice President Global Aftermarket at PHINIA. “It represents the collective experience we have gained in the aftermarket sector and its crucial role in shaping the engineering breakthroughs of the future."

Delphi Art Car 2.0: Half11 Comes Home

This season, Delphi has joined forces with renowned Polish collector car curator One Off House and visionary creators Oilstainlab to accomplish a highly symbolic mission: bringing Half11 back to its spiritual home - Europe.

Created by twins Nikita and Iliya Bridan, Half11 has become one of the most fascinating and highly regarded independent automotive projects in recent years. With Delphi’s support, it now evolves into Delphi Art Car 2.0 - a manifesto of craftsmanship, imagination, and the enduring emotional power of the automobile.

Half11 was conceived as a response to the ongoing electrification of the automotive industry. The creators set out to capture the analogue spirit of the 1960s - an era defined by boundless beauty and the romance of risk.

Reflecting on the project, Nikita said: "When creating Half11, we wanted to build a myth that exists simultaneously in the past, present, and future. Delphi Art Car 2.0 is a natural extension of that vision, bringing together design, culture, and art into something deeply moving yet universally relatable."

Beneath its dramatic silhouette, the California-built creation by Oilstainlab features a heavily reworked 1966 Porsche 911, paired with a naturally aspirated V8 engine and a six-speed manual gearbox.

The unique sound of its exotic powertrain comes from a 3D-printed Inconel exhaust system. The hand-formed aluminium bodywork features shapes and patina that place it firmly within the golden era of motorsport.

After numerous appearances in North America and around the world, Half11 symbolically returns to its cradle: the continent that inspired its creation.

Delphi’s Cultural Contribution

To mark its European return, Half11 has been transformed into Delphi Art Car 2.0 through a distinctive visual identity exploring the relationship between automotive heritage and the mobility of the future. The livery draws inspiration from iconic Art Cars of the past while interpreting them through a contemporary visual language shaped by the digital age.

The result is a progressive reinterpretation of motorsport iconography that creates a dialogue between art, design, engineering, and speed - while pointing firmly towards the future.

The project reflects a shared philosophy between Delphi, Oilstainlab, and One Off House: the belief that technology can be emotional, engineering can be beautiful, and great machines can transcend their mechanical function to become cultural artifacts.

Euro‑Vision Summer Tour: Delphi Art Car 2.0 at Key Automotive Events

The first public showing of the project took place at Ultrace - one of Europe’s largest automotive events - held this year in Gdańsk on 27–28 June.

Next, Delphi Art Car 2.0 will participate at the Tutto Bene - a hill climb race that also serves as one of the most fashionable platforms of contemporary automotive culture in Europe. In line with its creators’ philosophy, the car will compete in this event on 12–13 September.

Between its Polish debut and Italian appearance, Delphi Art Car 2.0 will embark on a grand European tour, driven by its creators, Nikita and Iliya Bridan. The journey begins on 7 July at the HEIZR Racing Department gathering at the legendary Hockenheimring in Germany, before travelling through roads and locations deeply rooted in Europe’s motorsport heritage - the very environments that inspired the project.
