PHINIA Inc. (NYSE: PHIN), a diversified, industrial supplier and global leader in the development of fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket solutions, will showcase its connected workshop platform, DS-CLOUD, at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, which has been designed to help workshops manage increasing diagnostic complexity, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen vehicle data traceability.

As workshops face growing volumes of vehicle data and increasingly complex repair processes, PHINIA's connected workshop ecosystem has been designed to ensure valuable diagnostic information is automatically captured, securely stored, and readily accessible across the repair journey.

At Hall 4.0, Stand D51, visitors will experience how Delphi, Delco Remy, and Hartridge solutions work together to support a more connected, data-driven workshop environment.

Creating a Connected Workshop Ecosystem

Central to PHINIA's workshop offering is DS-CLOUD, a cloud-based platform developed to enhance efficiency, traceability and workflow integration.

DS-CLOUD automatically captures and stores diagnostic session data, creating a complete and traceable vehicle history without requiring technician intervention.

With real-time synchronization, the platform preserves the full diagnostic context of every repair. This ensures diagnostic information remains available whenever and wherever it is needed, supporting more efficient workshop operations and improved customer record-keeping.

DS-CLOUD forms part of Delphi’s broader digital ecosystem, which includes DS-HUB, enabling connected, data-driven workshop management and helping workshops maximize the value of diagnostic information throughout the repair process.

DS-CLOUD is currently available to workshops across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), helping businesses manage increasing diagnostic complexity, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen vehicle data traceability.

"Vehicle diagnostics are becoming increasingly data-rich, but many workshops still face challenges when it comes to storing, accessing, and utilizing that information effectively," said Juan Thomaz, General Manager, Aftermarket Solutions, EMEA, at PHINIA. "DS-CLOUD has been developed to ensure valuable diagnostic data is not lost, helping workshops improve efficiency, strengthen traceability, and build a more complete service history for every vehicle they work on. By automatically capturing and retaining diagnostic information, workshops can reduce administration, improve customer record-keeping, and access critical vehicle data whenever and wherever it's needed."

Supporting Diagnostics Excellence

Supporting the connected workshop ecosystem, Hartridge will demonstrate its latest diesel fuel injection diagnostic and testing capabilities at the show, reinforcing PHINIA's commitment to end-to-end workshop support.

Visitors will also be able to experience live demonstrations at the Delphi Technical Van in the Experience Park, where experts will showcase diagnostic procedures, connected workshop technologies, and best-practice repair processes in real-world workshop scenarios.
