It’s important to avoid contamination of injectors during a repair. Contamination during repairs can come from dirt around the fittings, your wrenches, your hands and many other places. Doing a repair right means keeping a clean environment. At the point that you are removing the nozzle off or taking the feed tube off of the injector, you should be working with clean, gloved hands.
