Unit Injectors are our core expertise. Delphi brings more than 25 years of EUI design experience, which is why we are the world’s leading EUI supplier. Delphi utilizes its OE engineering capabilities to ensure that each injector is remanufactured with a unique trim code to deliver the quality that you have come to expect from Delphi. Delphi uses the same OE expertise and stringent standards for remanufactured parts as it does for its OE applications. In our reman facility, all injectors are fully disassembled. Each component is then thoroughly cleaned and inspected and all nozzles are new, matched and flowed. Units are then reassembled, tested on specialized test equipment for correct fuel, timing and pressure.

Did you know? 

To ensure proper engine performance, the new unique trim code provided must be entered into the ECM. The trim code eliminates any variation in injector performance due to small differences in manufacturing tolerances, friction between components and fuel flow.
