Warwick, UK (November 26th, 2025) – Delphi, a brand of PHINIA Inc., announces its latest workshop innovations offering enhancements to diagnostics, data access, and technician training.
Diagnostic Software Upgrades
The first major software release in May 2025 introduced Secure Gateway (SGW) access for KIA, Porsche, and Honda, expanding Delphi’s SGW compatibility to 20 OEM brands. This software functionality is available through Delphi’s latest Vehicle Communication Interface, BlueTech VCI, which features an enhanced gateway login process.
Building on this, the latest November 2025 release expands overall diagnostic coverage to 69 car and light commercial vehicles makes across 1,490+ models, and 80 heavy-duty makes covering 791 models, reinforcing Delphi’s commitment to comprehensive, high-performance vehicle diagnostics.
Fully compatible with 12V and 24V systems, BlueTech VCI supports diagnostics for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and heavy-duty applications, delivering enhanced coverage and flexibility for modern workshops.
Updates Provide All-in-One Access for DS-CLOUD and DS-HUB
Delphi has unveiled DS-CLOUD, its new in-house cloud platform designed to automatically store and sync diagnostic records. Technicians can now access vehicle reports, service histories, and scan data from any connected device, enhancing traceability and efficiency across workshop operations.
Available free to all DS users, DS-CLOUD is fully integrated with DS-HUB, Delphi’s centralized digital ecosystem. Through DS-HUB, technicians also gain seamless access to DS diagnostic software, the Vehicle Technical Information (VTI) database, training from the Delphi Academy, and other essential workshop tools—all from a single-entry point.
Delphi has also released new training modules within DS-HUB. These resources guide users on how to maximize DS software features to streamline daily workflows and are available in seven European languages.
These launches mark a significant step in Delphi’s commitment to smarter, more connected diagnostics for modern workshops.
Two New Tablet Solutions for Technicians
Delphi has launched two purpose-built diagnostic tablets—the 10.5-inch DS380E and the 13-inch DS580E—giving workshops greater flexibility in how they manage diagnostics.
Available in multiple kit configurations, workshops can choose a full set (tablet, accessories, VCI), tablet and accessories only, or truck-specific kits with cable sets. Delphi says its goal is to enable customers to scale hardware around their business needs—now and in the future—without having to change platforms.
Expanded Training, Including EV, Hydrogen, and Tesla Systems
Delphi has also enhanced its training offering with new structured modules at the Delphi Academy. The updated curriculum now includes electric vehicles (EVs), hybrids, and hydrogen systems, with a progressive learning path from Level 1 (awareness) to Level 4 (qualified to work on high-voltage systems).
Specialist training also includes emerging powertrain types. Examples are the Tesla-specific service procedures (TE1) and advanced hydrogen content, covering both internal combustion and fuel cell operation, and are available now at the UK training center.
These courses can be booked through the Delphi booking system, which simplifies the process of finding and reserving training courses. Users can easily identify available sessions based on location and preferred language, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience.
Delphi Pursues Innovation for Better Workshop Support
Delphi’s latest 2025 updates reinforce its commitment to seamless integration and comprehensive diagnostic coverage across vehicle types and systems. With enhanced training tools, flexible hardware options, and a unified digital ecosystem, Delphi ensures its solutions are built around the real-world needs of modern workshops.
“As vehicles evolve, so must the workshops that service them. Delphi’s latest innovations are designed to future-proof workshop operations—integrating advanced diagnostics, scalable hardware, and training for EVs, hydrogen, and emerging systems”, says Juan Thomaz, VP and General Manager, EMEA Aftermarket. “We’re building a connected ecosystem that empowers technicians to lead the transition to cleaner, smarter mobility.”
