Heavy duty & off-highway Diesel Fuel Injection

Since the introduction of legislation in the early 1990s, the industry has seen a significant reduction in emissions levels. In fact, it would take 15 heavy duty vehicles today to produce the same level of particulate emissions as just one vehicle did 20 years ago. At Delphi, we’ve been at the forefront of these improvements, delivering cleaner, greener and more fuel efficient commercial vehicles. We also provide the parts, tools and know-how to service these vehicles, right the first time, every time. Keeping them driving as good as new for life.

Rich OE legacy

Our heritage dates back to the legendary CAV brand, and the introduction of in-line and the iconic DPA pump – the best-selling rotary pump worldwide. Both were revolutionary for their time, setting new standards for reliability and power, and we’ve continued to push the boundaries ever since.

Three choices for fleets

By providing three choices – new, reman and repair – we can provide fleet managers with convenient service and maintenance at a very competitive cost.

Latest generation OE technology

Our latest generation F3 system takes engines beyond the 2021 global emissions and fuel economy regulations and through the next decade. Based on our proven Euro VI Common Rail technology and capable of 3,000 bar injection pressure, it delivers a substantial improvement in emissions, fuel economy and refinement for the lifetime of the engine.

OE-approved repair

In addition to new and remanufactured units, we also offer authorised repair through our global network of Delphi Diesel Centres. Replacing all wearable and performance critical parts, with like-for-like OE, and using OE-approved test plans and equipment, it offers a quality but economical solution.

Reman

For an equally fast, yet more cost-effective turnaround we offer a range of remanufactured parts.  Available off-the-shelf, typically within one to two years of vehicle launch, they are built using OE parts, equipment and processes, and are calibrated to exacting OE specifications.

OE expertise in the aftermarket

Of course, we’re committed to supporting these technologies in the aftermarket. We offer a range of new OE components, identical to those originally fitted, including our pioneering Electronic Unit Injector, Electronic Unit Pump, Smart injector and Multec® Common Rail.

Commercial vehicle diagnostics and test

Our dedicated diagnostic solution for trucks, buses and trailers, supports the key commercial vehicle manufacturers and systems, including the ability to carry out dosing tests, Adblue freeze monitoring calibration, system drain down and regeneration of the SCR system. We also offer a range of OE-approved test equipment for quick and accurate test and repair of the latest heavy duty applications.

Training from the OE experts

Designed to help you prepare for the very latest heavy duty diesel fuel injection technologies, our extensive training programme covers the repair of key systems, including Electronic Unit Injector and Pump and Smart injectors. Learn more about our training.

Resource Highlights

Following their sixth consecutive World Rally Championship top-three finish in 2024, Kajetan Kajetanowicz and Maciej Szczepaniak will spend another year at the very top of rally competition. The ORLEN Rally Team crew takle a full campaign in the WRC2 Challenger category, starting with Safari Rally Kenya. With three win to their names in this classic event, they have already proven that they are not afraid of rough African routes.

Kajetanowicz and Szczepaniak cannot wait to this year’s competition, looking forward to some key novelties. The biggest one is their car. The most successful Polish rally driver chose a Toyota GR Yaris Rally2. This relatively new rally car has already shown its potential to fight for top positions in various Rally2 categories which consistently boast the biggest fields in different WRC rounds.

The whole ORLEN Rally Team programme and car preparation will be provided by Rallylab Technology. The company from southern Poland is a leading tuner on national scene and has accumulated vast experience in rallying.

We are starting another World Rally Championship season – full of challenges and also of new things. We chose a new car: Toyota GR Yaris Rally2, prepared by our local tuner, Rallylab Technology. I believe that a strong Polish team will be able to battle against strong field which competes in the WRC2 Challenger every year. Switch to a new car always means a big change but first and foremost it is a chance to improve – which is the most important thing to me.

I am happy that we get another chance after six seasons of top-three finishes in the world championship. It would not be possible without support of our partners, led by title partner ORLEN S.A., technical partner Delphi and ORLEN Oil. These cooperations are based on longstanding trust. I want to thank these companies for allowing me to do what I love. I will do my best to return the favour with my motivation, involvement and, of course, results.

In late March we will provide all rally fans with excitement they are waiting for. This season, with seven selected rounds, begins for us with Safari Rally Kenya. We competed three times in this event, claiming three victories. This means we are even more motivated. Soon, after many weeks of preparations, we will start the fight together with the whole ORLEN Rally Team. We simply cannot wait! – Kajetan Kajetanowicz says ahead of the season.

After Safari Rally Kenya, Kajetanowicz and Szczepaniak will contest six rallies. The WRC2 Challenger regulations allow the crews to take part in no more than seven events. Full campaign is possible thanks to invaluable partners of the best Polish rally crew: title partner ORLEN S.A., technical partner Delphi and ORLEN Oil.

Kajetanowicz has already announced his car for the forthcoming season and introduced a new tuner, taking care of this year’s programme, but the livery of his Toyota GR Yaris Rally2 remain secret. However, to avoid keeping the fans in suspense for too long, the car in all its beauty will be revealed soon.

Starts of Kajetan Kajetanowicz are supported by title partner of the ORLEN Rally Team – ORLEN S.A., as well as by technical partner Delphi and ORLEN Oil.
